Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (China)
   •    All orders within China are shipped via YTO Express.
   •    Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
   •    Free shipping is available for domestic orders over a certain amount (please refer to the checkout page for details).

 

​International Shipping
   •    Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for international orders, including customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees incurred.
   •    International shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
   •    Once the package leaves China, delivery times and tracking updates are subject to the policies of the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Exchange Policy
   •    We offer a 7-day unconditional exchange policy for all orders.
   •    To initiate an exchange:
   1.    Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
   2.    Provide your order number and reason for exchange (if applicable).
   3.    Ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

Exchange Process
   

   •    Domestic exchanges (China): Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
   •    International exchanges: Buyers are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping fees.

 

Exclusions
   •    Items marked as final sale or customized orders are not eligible for exchange.
   •    Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will assist in finding a suitable alternative or issue store credit.

 

Order Issues
   •    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Additional Notes
   •    Shipping delays caused by weather, customs inspections, or courier service disruptions are beyond our control.
   •    We recommend keeping all original packaging until the exchange process is complete.
